Class 1, 2, and 3 physical. I do not perform Basic-Med examinations. These can be completed with your primary physician.

Additional cost may be incurred for additional paperwork/forms, completing CACI statements, and/or contacting the Regional Flight Office or FAA directly on your behalf. This will be discussed at time of service if necessary.
Please email Dr. Linville to get scheduled starting January 19, 2026. Yes, these will be available prior to the opening of the rest of the DPC Clinic.
